JUST IN: Legendary TV series Village Headmaster star, ‘Kabiyesi’ is dead
Dejumo Lewis, a seasoned Nollywood actor, passed away.
After an undisclosed illness, the talented role interpreter passed away at the age of 80.
Actor Saidi Balogun shared a picture of the deceased, said goodbye, and prayed for the Nollywood star’s soul to rest in peace on his Instagram page to announce the star’s passing.
“Good night, DEJUMO LEWIS. May your soul rest in perfect peace,” wrote Saidi Balogun.
The actor gained notoriety for his performances in the films Crossroads, A Place in the Stars, and Power of One, but he is best known for his portrayal of Kabiyesi in The Village Headmaster.
