RECESSION IS REAL, TIMES ARE HARD FOR NIGERIANS

In Nigeria, we are experiencing a recession. The time to aid another person is now.

Many people, even the ones you might assume are wealthy or successful, are having a difficult time. Please assist others if at all possible.
Help your gatekeeper out with some cash so he can send his kids to college. Now would be a good time to feed him. If your housekeeper doesn’t live with you, you should help pay for his or her transportation costs, too.

Treat that coworker to lunch on the house. The person is probably not dieting because financial constraints prevent it. Help out some coworkers, even if only to a certain extent.

Get some petrol for your pal’s car or generator. To get in shape, he would be walking, but he isn’t.
If your uncle or aunt is calling you up asking for money, it’s probably because they’re in a bind and can’t afford to call you.
If at all possible, buy from farmers. Purchasing from them will save you money. Get your greens at a low cost.
Don’t knock on doors in search of sustenance. This is the impolite and difficult times. If someone takes the time to feed you, you should be grateful.

Donate your family’s gently used clothing and footwear to those in need.
Help out a college student financially. If you know of a graduate who has recently graduated and is looking for work, please refer them to anyone who can help. Perhaps that’s the only way he or she can provide for their family.

If you have a borehole, your neighbours can come and get water from you.
Help a hungry kid or adult by feeding them. Sometimes, your assistance may surprise you. Who knows, maybe they’re the next Einstein.

It could be a matter of life and death if you didn’t pay that hospital bill. You might be preventing someone’s death.
The doubling of prices is common knowledge. Some households may not have enough food to last through this month. Request their company.

People won’t open up about their struggles unless you ask, so you have to be understanding and able to see through their masks. Lets be our brothers keeper right now.
