Sandra Edoho, estranged wife of famous television host Frank Edoho has taken to social media to accuse him of cheating, cruelty and financial irresponsibility after he confirmed their marriage was over.
According to The Guardian, Sandra made the charges in a lengthy post uploaded on her Instagram page days after Edoho addressed media about their separation and pending divorce procedures.
The development comes after the former ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ host disclosed he and Sandra have been discreetly separated for almost two years.
Edoho had already declared he had made peace with it emotionally long before it became public.
“I’ve been overwhelmed with kindness, prayers, concern and good wishes these last few days about my separation and continuing divorce proceedings,” he wrote.
“I recognize that the public is only learning about this chapter now, but I have privately endured it for quite some time now (nearly two years) and have since come to emotional peace with it.
He said he was focused, at peace and happy for the support he has gotten from fans and well wishers.
But Sandra’s reply has diverted the focus from the divorce news to accusations about the conditions of their marriage.
In the article, Sandra accused Edoho of cheating on her multiple times during their marriage, saying he slept with several women while she stayed loyal to the relationship.
She said one of the encounters began when she was pregnant with their first child, and stated she had undergone years of emotional distress in the marriage.
Sandra also accused Edoho of forcing her to abort a pregnancy, as he was said to be participating in many relationships at the time.
She also accused the broadcaster of financial exploitation, saying she paid for much of their lifestyle, including travel, living expenditures and school tuition.
She said that she also assisted members of Edoho’s family financially during the course of the marriage.
The separated wife reportedly accused Edoho of spending money on women, bars, hotels and short-let apartments, and selling one of her properties without her consent.
In the post Sandra called out some ladies and said Edoho was in a romantic relationship with some of them while they were married.
She said she had documentary evidence to back up some of her claims.
A part of her message read: “Through the emotional, physiological, mental and physical torture and abuse, I remained committed, faithful, covering you.
Before Sandra’s admission, online conversations had been rife with allegations linking her to an alleged affair with Nigerian artist, Chike.
The rumors are circulating widely on social media, but no confirmed evidence has been made public to back up the assertions.
Edoho, as of the time of reporting this report, had not responded publicly to the claims his estranged wife made against him.
