Maggie, a lady from Lusaka, Zambia, went to the Matero Local Court to end her marriage to her husband Felix since he couldn’t satisfy her sexually and other reasons.
The couple has five kids and has been married for 27 years.
The wife told the court that her husband doesn’t cook at home even though he has a job, which means she has to work part-time to take care of the house, according to Zambia Observer.
She also said that her spouse was cheating on her and that his late nights at home were making things worse.
Maggie also said that her spouse plays loud music when he gets home late at night, which keeps her from sleeping.
Felix informed the court that he couldn’t make his wife happy since he had a health problem.
He did say, though, that he had asked for medical help.
He went on to say that their marriage issues began in October of last year, when his wife stopped giving him sex because he couldn’t please her.
He also said that after four days of herbal treatment and sex with his wife, she still complained that she wasn’t satisfied, which made him angry and made him leave their bedroom for the living room.
He also said that his wife places their 3-year-old child between them to keep him from having sex with her.
After hearing from both sides, the court told the couple to try to get back together because the male was getting therapy.
