Rabiu Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State, has been formally selected by NDC presidential contender Peter Obi as his vice presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.
According to Sunday Guardian, the declaration positions both candidates as the party’s presidential and vice presidential ticket for the forthcoming election, confirming a significant political realignment ahead of the polls.
