Buhari, Osinbajo, Danjuma, Bakare, others converge for ex-Minister Kachikwu’s book launch

Immediate past former Minister of State Petroleum Resources, Dr Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu is set for a mega book launch come Thursday , February 4 at 12pm (GMT + 1).

According to a statement from Kachikwu who is also former president of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC),  as well as  African Petroleum Producers’ Organization (APPO) , made available to News Express, the event will feature four books in his stable lined up for public presentation and launch.

The four books  are:

Nigerian Petroleum Industry: 2015 to the future; Nigerian Law of Contract: Study Companion; Gas Development in Nigeria: Legal and Policy Framework; and Nigerian Foreign Investment Law and Policy.

President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, will grace the occasion as Special Guest of  Honour while Vice President Yemi Osinbanjo SAN GCFR, will be Guest of Honour.

Other personalities for the event are, former Minister of Defense Gen. T. Y. Danjuma, Minister of State Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva, Secretary General, Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Secretary General, African Petroleum Producers’ Organization, Dr. Omar Farouk Ibrahimm, Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State and Pastor Tunde Bakare, among others.

Citation of the author will be done by Richmond Osuji who will be the anchor person of the event.
