Lekki shooting: LCC submits CCTV footage, says camera stopped working at 8 pm

As the panel investigating the Lekki toll gate shooting resumed sitting Tuesday, the Lekki Concession Company (LCC), operators of the toll gate, has submitted a CCTV footage recorded by the surveillance camera on the night of the shootings of Endsars protesters by men of the Nigerian Army.
Tendering the CCTV footage to the panel, the Managing Director of LCC, Abayomi Omomuwa, said, “I can confirm that inside here is the CCTV footage that our surveillance camera was able to record for the 20th of October.”
The Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by the Lagos State Government to probe the Lekki shootings as well as complaints of human rights abuses against members of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad has been sitting since last week. (THISDAY)
