WEALTH App, owned by Promise Land Innovation Limited, has terminated its brand ambassadorship pact with actress Tonto Charity Dikeh with immediate effect.
The corporation revealed this in a statement signed by its Executive Director, Mrs Gift Emmanuel and dated September 15, 2026.
In a statement the business claimed the decision followed a review of Dikeh’s performance under the agreement, which it said had revealed that contractual duties and promotional objectives had not been satisfactorily completed.
The corporation also stated a performance review meeting for September 7, 2026 to examine outstanding liabilities and propose way forward.
The statement added that the meeting could not hold as scheduled due to the absence of Dikeh.
“The Company has therefore exercised its contractual right to terminate the Brand Ambassadorship Agreement with immediate effect,” the statement stated.
Promise Land Innovation Limited said Dikeh had been duly notified of the decision and wished her success in her future aspirations.
The company stated the termination will not impact its mission to bring new solutions to real estate investment management through WEALTH App.
The company praised its subscribers, customers, partners and the general public for their continuing interest, support and faith in the platform.
The company also reiterated its commitment to provide new products that are built to deliver long-term value to users.
