The Supreme Court has set aside the status quo ante bellum order given by the Court of Appeal in Abuja in the leadership crisis of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
The judgement effectively restored the David Mark-led administration that was delisted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Daily Trust writes.
