Mohbad’s wife finally speaks up: “DNA testing is a must.”
Wife of late Nigerian musician Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (aka Mohbad), Omowunmi Aloba, insists on having a DNA test done to establish Liam’s father’s identity at the age of six months.
Omowunmi revealed this during a conversation with the well-known Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo, who is a leading voice in the movement for justice for Mohbad.
Omowunmi stated that conducting the test is now mandatory, according to the chat snapshot posted on Iyabo Ojo’s official Instagram account today.
Since Mohbad’s death on September 12, 2023, there have been heated discussions in Nigeria on whether or not the musician’s son should undergo a DNA test.
The late rapper’s widow has responded to these rumours by saying she is prepared to tell the public her side of the tale.
She claims that she delayed speaking out about the situation so that the police could conduct a thorough investigation into her husband’s death, as she views achieving justice for her family as paramount.
She said, “I’ve decided not to speak on anything until the 7th of November, which is the coroner inquest, because i do not want any side distraction, all I want is justice for my husband, which i believe the Nigeria government are working on, after everything I’ll either grant an interview or tell my own story before the whole world, and also DNA is definitely a must!!!”
