FCT police arraign 51 for misinformation on Missing manhood
The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has reported that there have been 62 cases of the purported loss of male genitalia in the region.
Yesterday, FCT Commissioner of Police Haruna Garba announced the change while speaking to reporters at the headquarters of the command.
Out of the 62 cases reported to the command, he said 51 suspects had been arrested and charged with spreading false information and disrupting public order in the FCT.
He claimed that the 51 suspects had made false accusations against others, leading to mob violence.
In addition, the CP urged locals to always cooperate with security operatives in an effort to keep the city crime-free.
According to Garba, “the first recorded case of male organ disappearance was on September 21, 2023 in Gwagwalada.” As of today, 62 confirmed cases had been found across the entire FCT.
Fifty-one individuals have been formally charged with spreading false information and inciting a riot. Thus, I wish to restate my dedication and willingness to always work with you to combat crime in the Federal Capital Territory in any form it takes.
