Anambra guber ticket: Moghalu, Andy Uba know fate Dec 20

Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Monday fixed December 20, for judgement in a suit filed by Chief George Moghalu against the All Progressives Congress, the Independent National Electoral Commission, and Dr Andy Uba.
Moghalu, was among the 14 aspirants who purchased forms to contest the governorship election under the platform of the APC.
The court scheduled December 20, for judgement of the matter after parties in the suit took turn to identify, adopt, and adumbrated on their respective processes. (Daily Independent)
