Hip hop artiste electrocuted, dies on stage in Ogun

What was supposed to be a welcome party for students of Gateway ICT Polytechnic, Sapaade, Ogun State, when a performer, a Higher National Diploma (HND) 2 Mass Communication student was electrocuted on stage.
The late performer simply identified as Abiodun, was known by his stage-name, MC Bio, died on January 16, 2020.
ABUJAPEOPLE learnt that the deceased singer was on stage to re-arrange the microphone’s cable but unknown to him that there was a bare wire and he mistakenly touched it and got electrocuted.
Consequently, he was rushed to the General Hospital at Isara, where doctors confirmed him dead.
His death has occasioned an outpouring of tribute on his Facebook account time line with one of his bereaved friends, Emmanuel Oyetola , posting: “16th of January 2020???..Na so u spoil d vision 2020 wey we don dey wait for years.. When it’s time for the star ⭐️ to Shine death took u.. It’s a week you left us in this lonely world …I hope the angels welcomed u with joy .. Rest on soldier …Legendary hustler ❤️❤️❤️ Nobody# #fadafabio.”
