Breaking: ICPC reopens investigation into FIIRO DG controversial PhD
The impasse between the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) is yet to abate as the commission reopened an investigation into the controversial doctorate of the acting Director -General of the Federal Institute of Industrial Research, Oshodi , Dr Chima Igwe.
The ICPC spokesperson, Rasheedat Okoduwa made the disclosure to an impeccable source privy to the matter, ABUJAPEOPLE have learnt.
It was gathered that 57 – year- old Igwe might have been fraudulently promoted without a doctorate he claimed he obtained from Abomey Calavi University in Benin Republic 18 years ago .
