According to reports, a businessman in Ondo town, Kayode Roland Akinbolusere, widely known as TOLUFE, has died after posting a distressing video in which he seemed to be bidding farewell to his family and documenting his final requests.
In the video, which appears to have been filmed inside his automobile, Roland says he is frustrated with life and talks about his troubles after three machinery he says were utilised in his factory broke down.
He seemed to be in an emotional state as he reflected on his life, business problems and family, prompting questions about his mental health before his claimed death.
Roland thanked his wife of many years, Adenike for her support and commitment during the years of their marriage while recording.
“I was a barber,” he said, “and she was with me during those times.
He also referenced their three adult children believed to be in Canada, and said he was handing over his properties and other accrued assets to his wife and children.
The businessman, who was believed to have run multiple enterprises in Ondo town, reportedly controlled a block-making facility which had been in operation for nearly 20 years, an estate called Esther Estate, and other commercial interests.
The actual circumstances of his supposed death remain unknown, although reports circulating with the video suggest he may have killed himself.
