The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has started a nationwide integrity push to clean up its work culture and make sure that all of its branches provide ethical service.
Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed is in charge of the project, which is in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s “Renewed Hope Agenda.” This agenda stresses discipline and a strong stance against corruption in the Nigerian public service.
Members of the Corps Management held strategic meetings with officers and men at commands all around the country on March 3, 2026.
Assistant Corps Marshal Olusegun Ogungbemide, who is also the Corps Public Education Officer, said in a statement that the exercise is a key part of the Corps Marshal’s continuing reform program to make the FRSC a model organization based on accountability and public confidence.
During the meetings, staff were given a clear order: “The era of mediocrity is over.” Management told officials to stick to a zero-tolerance policy against corruption and to commit to the highest standards of operational excellence.
The leadership stressed throughout the meetings that “the Federal Road Safety Corps’s job is more than just enforcing the law; it is also about protecting lives and serving the Nigerian public with honor, transparency, and accountability.”
The campaign shows that under Shehu Mohammed’s direction, the organization is moving toward institutional renovation, with professionalism and efficiency as the foundation of its life-saving mission.
The FRSC wants to bring back people’s trust and make sure that all Nigerians may utilize the roads more safely by promoting a culture where honesty is not negotiable.
The FRSC Management said again that it is committed to these changes and promised the public that the Corps will keep improving its operations to provide better service to the country.
