Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Asake, three well-known Nigerian artists, will be the main acts in the 2026 Afro Nation festival in Portugal.
Today, the organizers posted the roster on X (previously Twitter). It includes top Afrobeats, R&B, dancehall, and amapiano singers.
“PHASE 3 IS HERE.” The first show of Legacy Energy meets Afro Nation. “This is the sound of a summer taking shape,” the people in charge said on the poster for the lineup.
The three-day festival will take place in Praia da Rocha Beach in Portimão, Portugal, from July 3 to July 5, 2026.
Burna Boy, who won a Grammy, will be the main act on the opening night, July 3. He will perform with South African sensation Tyla.
On July 4, Asake will be the main act, and on July 5, Wizkid will cap the event with a headline performance.
Kehlani, an American R&B singer, and Gunna, a rapper, are also special guests.
Olamide, Young Jonn, Darkoo, Wande Coal, and Mavo are some of the other Nigerian artists on the list.
The people in charge also said that “Early Access opens Thursday, February 5 at 10 AM (GMT)” for anybody who want to get tickets.
Afro Nation is an annual festival that celebrates African music and culture around the world. It is one of the greatest music festivals in the world.
Burna Boy, Davido, Tems, and Qing Madi were some of the Nigerian stars who performed in 2025.
