The Federal Government, the States, and the Local Government Councils have all received ₦1.928 trillion, which is the November 2025 Federation Account Revenue.
At the December 2025 meeting in Abuja, the revenue was distributed, according to a statement from the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC).
The entire distributable revenue of 1.928 trillion rupees was broken down as follows: 1.403 trillion rupees in distributable statutory revenue, 485.838 billion rupees in distributable Value Added Tax revenue, and 39.646 billion rupees in Electronic Money Transfer Levy revenue.
The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) released a statement in November 2025 stating that there was ₦2.343 trillion available in total gross revenue. The sum of ₦84.251 billion was deducted for collecting costs, whereas ₦330.625 billion was the total for transfers, interventions, refunds, and savings.
For the month of November 2025, gross statutory revenue came to ₦1.736 trillion, as stated in the communiqué. This was 427.969 billion less than the total of 2.164 trillion rupees received in October 2025.
The Value Added Tax (VAT) brought in a total of N563. 042 billion in November 2025. This was N156.785 billion less than the N719.827 billion that was available in October 2025.
A total of N747.159 billion went to the federal government and N601.731 billion to the state governments out of a total distributable revenue of N1.928 trillion, according to the communiqué.
A total of N445.266 billion went to the Local Government Council, while the benefitting State received N134.355 billion, or thirteen percent of the mineral revenue, in the form of derivation payments.
In terms of the N1.403 trillion distributable statutory revenue, the communiqué reported that the sum of N668.336 billion was received by the federal government, while the sum of N338.989 billion was distributed to the state governments.
N261.346 billion went to the LGCs, while the beneficiary states split N134.355 billion, or thirteen percent of the mining earnings, as derivation revenue.
The national government got N72.876 billion, the state governments got N242.919 billion, and the local government councils got N170.043 billion out of the distributable Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue, which was N485.838 billion.
Out of the N39.646 billion Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL), the federal government earned N5.947 billion, the state governments received N19.823 billion, and the local government councils received N13.876 billion.
On the one hand, Excise Duty saw a modest increase in November 2025, while on the other hand, Oil & Gas Royalties, CIT on Upstream Activities, CIT for Companies, CGT and SDT, Import Duty, CET Levies, VAT, EMTL, and Fees all saw significant decreases.
