The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has advised candidates for the 2022 UTME to check the status of their National Identification Number (NIN) by dialling *346# from the mobile line used during enrolment.
NIMC said this is an important message for all intending candidates before proceeding to register.
It adds: “If your NIN is not verified, kindly send a mail containing your NIN and full name to: nimc-jamb2022@nimc.gov.ng”.
NIMC urged the candidates to wait for four hours, then dial the code again to get a confirmation. Continuing, “Then you can go ahead with your 2022 UTME registration”.
