Nigerian Police Force is trying to shake my family – Sowore

Human rights activist Omoyele Sowore has accused the Nigeria Police Force of trying to frustrate his family after his younger brother was shot dead in Edo State.

In a post via his Facebook account on Wednesday, he alleged that the Nigeria Police Force is charging them exorbitantly to discourage them from getting an autopsy for his murdered brother, Olajide Sowore.

Sowore wrote, ”Nigeria Police Force is trying to shake my family down by charging us exorbitantly to discourage us from getting an autopsy for my murdered brother, Olajide Sowore! Shame on Nigeria!” he wrote.

Recall that Olajide was shot and killed near Okada in Edo State by suspected herdsmen on his way from Igbinedion University, where he was studying Pharmacy. (Daily Independent)
