The three main cities of Enugu, Port Harcourt, and Aba were enchanted by the Christmas spirit thanks to Amstel Malta’s amazing light works, which turned the streets into lively gathering spots for locals and tourists alike.
Thousands flocked to all three cities from December 2–4 to see the lighting ceremonies, which officially kicked off Amstel Malta’s “Be Your Best all Season Long” festive campaign for 2025.
The goal of this project, which is a component of the “Legendary Christmas” promotion by Nigerian Breweries, was to bring people together over the holiday season in the spirit of homecoming, joy, and community building.
According to Sarah Agha, Marketing Director of Nigerian Breweries Plc, who spoke about the importance of the three-city celebration, this year’s events were centered around the message “Be Your Best All Season Long” by Amstel Malta. The message reminds Nigerians to support each other, reconnect during homecoming, and embrace the joy and warmth that help us be our best selves during the holiday season.
Our company’s mission is to brew the happiness that comes from genuine community, and that is why we’re all here today.
That is the thing that matters the most to us. As a firm that strives to bring joy, Nigerian Breweries understands the significance of this season for the people of Nigeria.
“The month of December is more than simply a number on a calendar; it is a season when great distance becomes irrelevant as loved ones gather around the dinner table to reminisce, make amends, and rejoice together.
So, we lit up cities across the nation as we asked ourselves how we might make this season even more significant. We are a legitimate business with a presence all throughout Nigeria, thus we can pull this off. She went on to say. Your presence, your choice of Amstel Malta, your support throughout the years, and your embrace of a brand that motivates Nigerians to reach their full potential are all things for which we are eternally grateful.
Officials, cultural figures, citizens, and guests from all around the world came out to witness the lighting ceremonies in each location. They were all impressed by the brand’s efforts to improve public places and make celebrations more special. Notable figures like Stan Nze and Natacha Akide (Tacha) were also there to celebrate the light-up moments, bringing even more color and enthusiasm to the celebrations. Consumers who came out to participate in the historic street light-up by Amstel Malta were able to obtain them.
Amstel Malta Festiville in Aba, a full-scale festive village designed to immerse communities and families in music, art, and entertainment, will be held from December 23 to 27, making it the centerpiece of this year’s Christmas calendar.
A soulful Christmas carol night, the Amstel Malta Grotto, and much more are all part of the Festiville experience. For the little ones, there’s a special Kids’ Playground and Games Arena, so the whole family can experience the holiday cheer.
Amstel Malta Festiville is an enchanting winter wonderland that aims to encapsulate the spirit of Christmas by providing a gathering spot for loved ones to reminisce, revel, and make lasting memories.
