Bosun Tijani, the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and the Digital Economy, has revealed why there have been less calls in Abuja lately.
Tijani talked last night on Channels Television.
He talked about the complaints regarding bad networks and call drops all throughout the city.
The minister indicated that the situation was caused by a fight between a big tower management company and its diesel supplier.
Tijani said that the disagreement got worse and went to court with both sides.
He stated that the union of the supplier later shut down a number of towers in Abuja during the fight.
The minister went on to say, “That’s what has caused the drop in calls you’ve been seeing in Abuja.”
