Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has told President Bola Tinubu not to take Donald Trump’s threat lightly. He has also told Tinubu to ask Trump for 100 days to end the insurgency in Nigeria.
in the close of the November Holy Ghost Service in Redemption City, Adeboye said that China, Russia, and Britain, or any of the other superpowers, would not help us, but would only strongly denounce what America did, according to Saturday Independent.
He told President Tinubu, whom he called his “in-law,” to go after the terrorists and the people who support them.
“The government needs to act quickly, diplomatically, and wisely to persuade the President of the United States to put off his action for about 100 days.”
“Then, come home and tell our security leaders to get rid of these terrorists in 90 days or quit.
“No matter how powerful their backers are. Go after them.
“The administration should remember that if America attacks us, China and Russia will not protect us.
“They will only strongly condemn what America has done.” Adeboye said, “Britain will not protect us either.”
The well-known cleric also said that this is not the time to jest, fight, or blame anyone.
“This is not the time to say that not only Christians are being killed, but also Muslims.” People who are innocent are dying. Now is not the time to point fingers. He said, “Tinubu got the problem.”
