BREAKING: Popular Nollywood actor allegedly shot by a trigger happy police officer
Popular Nigerian actor, producer, and director Azeez Ololade Ijaduade was allegedly shot in Iperu, Ogun State, by a trigger-happy policeman.
According to Sunday PUNCH, he is currently fighting for his life at the Babcock University Teaching Hospital.
Our correspondent saw a midnight Instagram story from Abiodun Adebanjo, a colleague of Ijaduade, with the handle @iamabiodunadebanjo, indicating this.
“Please, we need assistance in Iperu,” read the caption. Azeez Ijaduade, @kingzeez1, my director, was shot by a Nigeria Police officer.
Right now, Babcock University Teaching Hospital is where he is.
“Anyone who knows the Commissioner or Police IG’s contacts should get in touch.”
The incident’s specifics are still unknown because calls to Ogun State Police PPRO Omolola Odutola were not answered.
