Buhari’s wife intervention funds disbursed to 200 Benue flood victims
On Tuesday the Benue State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) confirmed the successful distribution of President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife’s N10 Million intervention funds to 200 victims of flood in the state.
Through the wife of the APC presidential candidate, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Aisha Buhari The wife of the President, had a few weeks ago, donated the sum of N 10 million to flood victims and requested that the money be disbursed to 200 selected beneficiaries within Makurdi Local Government Area.
Dr Emmanuel Shior, The SEMA Executive Secretary, notified the public that based on the instruction, the money was equitably disbursed to 200 beneficiaries selected from the five majorly flood-affected communities in Makurdi.
