Still on ASUU Strike: NANS blocks Lagos Airport

All roads leading to the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos has been blocked by

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

The mass action is in furtherance of their protest against the current industrial action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities.

Students, defied the heavy downpour, leaving many travelers stranded by the gridlock caused.

Police operatives from the Lagos State Police Command, RRS operatives, Lagos Airport Police Command, and other security agencies were on ground.

The protesting students carried placards chanting  aluta songs to register their displeasure over the actions of the Federal Government.
