Why we bombed Abuja-Kaduna train, kidnapped passengers
A relation of one of the abducted passengers of the bombed Abuja-Kaduna train has explained the bandits claimed they targeted Kaduna State to teach Governor Nasir El-Rufai some lessons.
Dr. Abdulkarim Attached, a relation of an 85-year-old woman who was abducted in the train, quoted the bandits as saying, “The State Governor has been running his mouth and that was why they came to his doorstep.”
He also quoted the bandits as saying that they would go further
“This is just the beginning,” he said the bandits told him.
Dr. Attah, who said he also has a sister among those abducted, claimed that the bandits have spoken with him 11 times during when they gave reasons for their actions. (Text, excluding headline: The Nation)
