Ijaw leader, Chief Edwin Clark, has faulted Federal Government’s plan to establish Naval base in Kano.

Clark, in an open letter to President Muhammadu Buhari, described the plan as mission impossible.

He argued that it was nonsensical for the government to establish a naval base in a desert when it can ordinarily use the resources to improve areas that are naturally suited for such a project.

He, therefore, urged the president to have a rethink. (The Nation)
