Nine shot dead as ‘bandits’ attack Kaduna communities
Bandits have launched two separate attacks in Birnin Gwari and Giwa local government areas of Kaduna state, killing nine people.
According to the Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, the armed bandits barricaded the Dogon Dawa-Kuyello road, after Ungwan Gajere village of Birnin Gwari local government, and shot six people to death.
Similarly, the bandits attacked Ungwan Maje village also in Birnin Gwari, and killed two persons, while one person was equally killed when they carried another attack at Kwama village in Giwa local government after he resisted their attempts to kidnap him. (Channels TV)
