Breaking: Pipeline explosion reaps through Ile Epo community, triggers panic in Lagos

A massive explosion has triggered a large fire in Imo Epo area along the Lagos – Abeokuta expressway.
The inferno suspected to have been as a result of activities of pipeline vandals stealing fuel, ABUJAPEOPLE has learnt.
It was gathered that the inferno swept through many homes and shops. There has been no reports of casualties so far.
However, residents in the area are in panic mode with many fleeing towards Ekoro road in Abule Egba.
Transporters in the area have hiked fares with many trekking long distances to avoid the area.
Men of the Lagos State Fire Service and other emergency services are now on ground to contain the fire.
